EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON A CASE BYÂ CASE BASIS
To start a claim you can contact us at info@paperbyjeja.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. and contact us immediately WITHIN 48HRS. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If you contact us after the 48hr period.We may not be able to help you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?Â
- Within 2 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?Â
 The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- Custom/personalized item
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 2 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?

- Refund to store credit
- Refund to the original payment method (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
